    Scentfuls Commitment to You: Scentfuls can guarantee our soy candles will be only hand-poured, scented strong enough, clean and even burning. Please follow our burning tips accordingly, to have a successful soy candle burning experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your candles, please contact us and we will resolve any issues or concerns you may have. At Scentfuls we diligently strive for our customers to receive the upmost quality service possible.

    Shipping & Returns

    Replacement/Damage Policy:

    All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any of our products. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsure of whether you will like a particular scent or not, we offer many smaller sized candles that you can use as a “sample.”

    All damages to shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately replace your damaged product and process claims with the appropriate shipping carrier. We currently use the US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx for all domestic shipments. UPS is our carrier for Canadian shipments. The appropriate insurance amount is automatically added to your shipping charges to cover any potential damages.

    If you specifically request a carrier other than USPS, UPS or FedEx we WILL NOT be liable for damages and WILL NOT be able to file damage claims on your behalf.
