Immune Protection / Colds & Flu – Body Aches & Pains

What Essential Oils To Use:

40 drops Eucalyptus Radiata

30 drops Rosemary Verbenone

20 drops Hyssop

10 drops Clove Bud

*Shake Essential Oils Well.

For Instant Relief From Sinus Congestion

Boil a cup of water and then pour into a bowl.

Place 1 drop of the above blend into the bowl with boiling water and place a towel over your face.

Take deep breaths through your nose (inhaling the steam).

Have tissues ready before you begin. You will need them as your nose begins to drain and becomes unclogged.

Be sure to keep your eyes closed so they are not irritated as the essential oils rise with the steam.

Use this method as often as needed for sinus congestion.

**Use the blend with massage oil for chest and neck or any other application that is applied to the skin**

Thanks for the remedy. With a change of season, I usually face the cold and cough problem so it will be of good use to me.

I will keep this in mind for sure. I do not want to get sick and I don’t want anyone in the house to get sick! I actually have a stuffy nose now, so I should try this!

I definitely could use some immunity to some things. We have had so much rain the spring is going to be really bad for allergies I am sure. Thank you for this idea.

I love your oil combinations! With the pollen falling all around us it’s created a great deal of sinus irritation and I have been using aromatherapy help relieve that but this combination sounds like it could provide me with more relief instead of just using a single oil

JUST IN TIME FOR ALLERGY SEASON! My left nostril has been congested for about a week now… it’s been awful. I’ve never heard of hyssop oil, but I’ll go see if I can find some!

  32. Stephanie October 2, 2017 at 10:10 PM

How timely! The season is slowly transitioning to colder months and I’ve been getting more allergies the past weeks. This will be very helpful.

  33. rosemary palmer October 3, 2017 at 7:34 AM

I have never got into the oil thing but have considered it more lately. I don’t like taking a lot of meds and with changes in seasons, it seems to be needed.
